How to use DoodleServ

DoodleServ is a ChatNet service that draws in IRC channels. Being a server, not a bot, its drawings reach everybody at once, with no flood delay. It sits in #ascii, #chatnet and #Network; you need to be logged in to a K9 account to use it.
